CONSULTANCY
They involve making diagnoses of human rights and diversity issues by collecting quantitative and qualitative data, evaluating governance structures, creating programs and internal diagnostics of social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, attracting and managing private social investment. , as well as the elaboration of projects with recommendations of actions and policies to solve the identified challenges.
TRAINING AND TRAINING
We offer training, mentoring, training related to our areas of expertise and we develop continuing education projects for leaders and teams in our areas of expertise.
RESEARCH, MAPPING AND DIAGNOSIS
ADVOCACY AND MOBILIZATION TO PROMOTE SOCIAL JUSTICE
We develop independent and interdisciplinary research projects with the aim of fostering debate and producing knowledge in the areas of public policies, promotion of social justice, human rights, diversity, inclusion and affirmative actions. We also carry out social mapping and diagnosis, research on the regulatory environment , mapping of relevant actors and interested parties for their performance.
We act with monitoring of Law Projects, dialogue with the Legislative, Executive and Judiciary branches; support in the creation of strategies in the creation and formulation of programs of public interest and mobilization of civil society, creation of networks, and production of studies on specific topics.
EVENTS CURATORSHIP
AYA curates events and meetings, from concept development to the identification and articulation of speakers, partners and supporters. We also organize and facilitate debates,
meetings and seminars organizing activities such as logistics, facilitation, reporting and systematization. The objective is to seek visibility, thematic coherence, synergy among participants and guarantee the impact of these initiatives.
